Personal training
I am a level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 qualified personal trainer and am happy to work with you towards achieving your personal fitness goals as well as build training plans and help motivate you to stay moving. I can do one to one sessions in your home or in your local park at competive rates. I also have a specialist qualification in pre and post natal exercise and nutrition (see below for details).

Training plans
I am also available to design one off training plans if you need help achieiving your goals: for example:
- 10K training plans tailored to your specific running ability and experience
- a strength training plan to work towards a bespoke goal
- A full body gym or home based training programme
Pre and post natal
I can help you maintain your fitness and stay active in pregnancy as well as help post-natally to restore fitness, body shape and confidence.
I am Mum to Elsie, born at the end of 2020. I stayed really active during my pregnancy right up until the end and definitely felt the benefits! Read my blog post on the benefits of staying active in pregnancy here.
I had an elective c section and worked hard to get my body back to strength and make a full recovery.
How can we help?
Pre natal
Staying active during pregnancy is so important and there are lots of exercises which are perfectly safe to continue to do throughout. We can help with personal training sessions either in person or online or building bespoke training programmes which are completely safe for exercising in pregnancy. Louisa is also qualified to advise on nutrition and diet in pregnancy.
Post natal
Our bodies change so much during pregnancy and whether you were active before and/or during your pregnancy it is really important to take your time to return to exercise. I know how hard it is to fit exercise in to your already crammed life as a new Mum but I also know how important it is. I can help you gain your fitness back, get back into shape, lose the pregnancy tummy, shrink your c-section pouch and generally feel great as part of your post-natal journey!
Programmes can be built around or with your baby either in person or online.

Important:
In person sessions – My sessions are covered by public liability insurance. We require all class participants to complete a consent form and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire prior to taking part in any exercise sessions.
Online sessions – Due to the nature of online sessions, we are unable to accept any liability whilst exercising from home. Please rest assured that classes are planned to include a full warm up and cool down and cover a balanced range of movement for all parts of the body. Please ensure you have plenty of space and are fit and well at the time of taking part in any online sessions. Please let Louisa know before the session if you have any injuries.
Louisa is a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor and a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. She also holds a specialist qualification in pre and post natal exercise and nutrition. Please note flashing disco lights may be in use throughout the class.
